Senior Technical Author/ Technical Writer/ Senior Technical Writer/ Technical Author/ Technical Documentation Specialist/ Technical Document WriterA London based client of mine has an urgent requirement for a Senior Technical Author to work with them on an initial 6 month contract. Whilst the majority of the work to be completed is technical authoring the position will also include written instructions, defining the training and design of the training instructions, experience having done this is important. Any experience delivering training sessions is a beneficial but not crucial as there will be scope to do this within the position.Also having previously been in situations,  joining mid-development and adhering to tight time scales is important Majority Remote working is fine with occasional site visits in central London required. Senior Technical Author/ Technical Writer/ Senior Technical Writer/ Technical Author/ Technical Documentation Specialist/ Technical Document WriterDue to the nature of the work, any experience in electrical control power, ideally in the rail sector or with auto transformer/ High voltage systems is essential, this does not have to be recent but it is important the Technical author understands the context of the writing for this reason. The interview Process is two stage and CV's are being considered from the 14/02/18 for an ASAP Start.
