Service Operations Manager

Rainham, Essex

£40,000 + Phone + Laptop

An excellent opportunity on offer for someone looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you will oversee and manage the company's operations.

Do you have experience managing operations, contracts and processes involved in achieving business KPIs?

Established over 30 years ago, this company specialises in the repair and maintenance of products for hospitals throughout the UK. They are well-known for investing in their staff and as a result of securing a new major contract, they have opened a brand new service centre and are looking to take on an experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee and run the whole contract.

You will take full control of operations and staff as well as managing the main contracts in the North East London region. You will operate on a strategic level to ensure KPIs are met and that there is smooth flow between each department.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing contracts as well as good people management skills. Any background in the NHS would be advantageous but is not essential.
