Intermediate and Senior Level Java Developers (Cambridge)

Salary: up to £85000

This role is part of an Engineering industrial fusion between the UK, Germany and Switzerland. This company are currently looking for a number of intermediate and Senior level developers who are to work on a greenfield project across multiple UK based locations.

Candidates must be willing to take on various locations across the UK and as a result should be willing to move between offices and teams as means of covering and linking clients between each other.

This consultancy has grown their headcount across 44 offices Worldwide and are covering industries within Aerospace and National Defence (Current project), Capital Marketing (Current projects), Telecommunications (Current projects), Public Sector, Bio-Medical Healthcare (Current projects), Logistics, electronics and Natural Resources (Current projects).

One project in particular involves the collaboration of European and British national defence collaboration as so you will require or must be willing to be subjected to Security Clearance.

Mandatory requirements

* Excellent knowledge of Java and open source technologies.

* Experience in Spring, MVC and/or Hibernate and the use of Core integration.

* Evidence of using JavaScript and appropriate frameworks

* Knowledge on integration technologies (Spring integration, Apache Camel, REST, Messaging)

* Fluent in English and permitted to work in UK

* An understanding of core XP practices of TDD and continuous integration.

Secondary requirements

* Involvement in a full lifecycle project

* To act as an approachable face of the company for the customer.
