Engineering Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Accommodation + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Maintenance/Engineering Manager looking for a challenging but rewarding role in an expanding company where you will lead up the maintenance department as you see fit?

This is a new role for the company due to massive growth were you will have the autonomy to manage the team and implement maintenance systems in order to directly impact growth.

This is a successful manufacturing SME which has been consistently growing year on year. They manufacture wood products and have a medium sized Engineering team on site who work on a 24-hour basis. Due to natural progression they are looking for a ma n manager to lead the engineering team.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with management experience looking for a challenging but rewarding role.

The Role:

-Managing a team of 11 Engineers and apprentices

-Implementing maintenance systems & schedules

-Mixture of hands on and office work

-Developing the department

The Candidate:

-Previous Engineering management experience

-Hands Engineer from heavy manufacturing although other industries will be considered

-Looking for an autonomous role
