A Top Tier Investment Bank are recruiting for a Unified Communications Consultant to join their Voice and Email Communications team in London on a Long Term contracting basis.

The Unified Communications Consultant will need the following technical expertise:

* Extensive experience of the telecoms industry including the Avaya Aura product suite, call recording and SIP based telephony networks.

* Proven experience delivering a Unified Communication environment throughout the project lifecycle (design through to implementation).

* Sound network experience using LAN and WAN protocols and technologies.

* Good understanding of voice and video protocols.

* Experience managing the Avaya Aura product suite.

* Experience configuring Microsoft Skype for Business.

* Experience configuring Microsoft Teams advantageous.

* Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 hosted services.
