Swansea - £35,000 - £37,500 + excellent benefits
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Scrum Master to join one of our major clients based in Swansea. As a company, they have one of the largest IT Estates in the UK that is currently engaged with by several million customers per year.
As the organisation continues to grow and the customer base is increasing the client are seeking a Scrum Master to join the team. Working closely with the Product Owner the Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Delivery Team adhere to Scrum theory, practices and rules that meet the clients requirements.
The Scrum Master acts as a coach to the multi-disciplinary Development Team by helping them to understand the principles of self-organisation and become a self-organising team.
Experience required:
* Experience with Digital projects and products.
* Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
* Understanding of the digital landscape.
* Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams.
* Ability to make effective decisions within fast-moving Agile delivery environment.
Desirable experience:
* First Level Scrum Master Certification.
* Experience as Scrum Master with software development team diligently using Scrum principles, practices and theory.
* Agile Project Management qualification.
