You'll have to schedule any requests that do require technical support and work with the Project Management Team to manage and maintain the digital project schedule.
As a Digital Support Admin supporting content management requests across numerous projects and to support your growth we will want regular attendance in international client meetings (conference calls and face to face), you'll present and train clients in new processes and system updates.
Its a really energetic and passionate group that are always looking to progress and as you progress in this role you will gain more responsibilities which can aid your career progression.
For us to take your application further you will need to have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, brilliant understanding of word processing and spreadsheets and it goes without saying you'll have outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
Other things that are required as a Digital Support Admin, a passion for learning about new software tools and using MAC and PC. Having a hands on approach to problem solving and being able to identify situations using your initiative.
It'll be a massive bonus if you have knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and if you have Experience in writing reports or other proposal documentations.
