The client is a consultancy who is well established in the North of the U.K. but is part of a larger group of business that has a presence throughout the country.

My client is looking for a client facing Quantity Surveyor who can act as a client representative on a large Hotel framework as well as providing Cost management services.

This represents a great opportunity join a business that focuses on Quality and repeats business from their clients. This Consultancy is growing and looking for staff to support this growth.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor should have:

* Experience working client side in the Hotel and Leisure Industry's

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a Consultancy practice.

* Must be happy to travel around the North of the U.K.

Contract Details:

Salary: £40K to £50K

Package: Healthcare, Pension etc.

Location: Manchester
