My client a world leader in their chosen market sector is urgently recruiting for Head of Enterprise Solutions on a 6 month contract initial contract with the view to going permanent there after.

The successful candidate can be based from the any of the locations based in based in the North, South, Midlands and Wales. Please note the successful candidate must have proven commercial experience within the utilities and energy sectors.

As the Leader for Enterprise Solutions, you will carry end-to-end responsibility for development and growth of the business unit in UK and selected geographies jointly reporting into the Head for the business unit in UK and Global Head.

Responsibilities:

*You will be primarily responsible for developing the organisation for Enterprise Solutions, go to market strategy/business development, pipeline/order-book generation and pre-sales/deal closure.

*Your portfolio will primarily focus on curving out digital transformation, enterprise automation and multi year support deals. You will also have responsibility for developing a SWOT team of professionals who will support you to deliver your business plan.

Desired Skills and Experience

*Proven track record of managing an Enterprise Solutions business in the past for multiple geographies with responsibilities for business development, client engagement and P&L management

*Demonstrable experience in deal construction in business lead digital transformation, enterprise automation and multi year support for customers

*Strong background and understanding of ERP based integrated enterprise landscape( SAP/Maximo, GIS , Mobile workforce , CRM , Billing solutions etc.)

*Experience of selling digital transformation propositions based on SAP - S4/HANA stack will be treated as an added advantage

*Proven experience of managing business worth over GBP 25 Mil

*Experience of advisory (Digital Strategy) and implementation/Systems Integration with a consulting firm working for utility customers
