Helpdesk Analyst

A global Insurance firm in Kent is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be the first point of contact for end users and troubleshoot or escalate their issues. You will need a clear and courteous manner of communication.

You will be organised and have the ability to prioritise and manage tasks. You will be based with the developers and acquire system knowledge.
