QA Test Lead (Automation FIX Testing VeriFIX Webdriver SQL UNIX Linux). Successful FinTech software house is seeking a highly motivated QA Test Lead to co-ordinate testing activities whilst managing a team of seven QA Engineers. This is a very hands-on QA Test Lead role where you will be required to manage the testing processes and take responsibility for the ongoing test strategies.

As a QA Test Lead you will work closely with product owners, project manager and developers to build and maintain automated testing solutions, utilising your development, data manipulation and scripting skills. Other responsibilities will include; undertaking automated, functional and non-functional testing, supporting current automation tools and practises, reporting on testing progress and ensuring the quality of the company's product and the test framework as it evolves.

Requirements:

*Previous experience as a hands on QA Test Lead or QA Manager

*Experience writing and maintaining automated test frameworks ideally using Selenium or similar

*Knowledge of SQL

*Knowledge of UNIX/Linux

*Extensive knowledge of OO programming languages such as Java

*Knowledge of testing frameworks (Selenium, SOAP UI, Gatling)

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: Finance experience
