My client are a big player in the travel indsutry and they're looking for a number of Ruby Developers to join their talened Ruby team.

The role is for a specialist Ruby developer who will join their existing Ruby team to help build and maintain new products and features for their customer facing website and back office systems. You will be joining a team of skilled and experienced Ruby developers and will become part of one of the UKs most progressive, talented and successful application development teams. Key to success will be the ability to work in a highly agile environment collaborating daily with both technical and commercial colleagues, to think innovatively and challenge convention and to enjoy being part of a closely knit team of like minded individuals. You will be genuinely passionate about technology and enjoy the challenge of building exciting and innovative new user experiences.

To be considered for this role it would be nice to have the following:

- Experience in design architecture

- Experience developing RESTful API's

- Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails

- Good knowledge of Heroku (or equivalent)

- Good knowledge of Amazon Web Services

- Experience with Javascript frameworks

- Experience with PHP is beneficial

- Good knowledge of Front End frameworks (HTML5, CSS3)

For this position, my client are offering a salary in the region of £40-45k + an attractive holiday scheme.
