Spring Technology is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our market leading client in Birmingham on an initial 3 month contract. Our client is looking for a Infrastructure Engineer who can provide extra support on a key project, helping them to deploy a number of new Windows 2008 / 2012 servers.

Our client is looking to pay between £300-350 per day for this role.

We are working with a business who a launching a new project which requires the expertise of an Infrastructure Engineer to deploy a mix of new Windows 2008 and 2012 servers, along with VMware, whilst transferring your knowledge in these areas to the rest of the team. You will also be working on some Internet Information Services (IIS) configuration and DNS name creation, along with generating PKI / SSL certificates within business guidelines.

Essential Skills:

* ?Strong history in infrastructure roles, with excellent knowledge of deploying Windows 2008 / 2012 servers

* ?Knowledge of VMware products

* ?Previous experience of IIS configuration

* ?Creation of DNS names and PKI / SSL certificate
