Regional Support Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Support Analyst to join SThree's new offices in Glasgow City Centre. This Regional Support Analyst will join SThree's Forward Support team who are responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support to users in Glasgow and other sites across the UK.

SThree are currently embarking on an exciting venture to set up a new Shared Services Centre of Excellence in Glasgow City Centre. As a result, we have a high volume of new vacancies across our Finance, IT, Legal, and HR teams, providing a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in something new at a fun, rewarding company.

What will you be doing?

As a Regional Support Analyst, you will work in our new Glasgow office providing on site 1st and 2nd line support to local users. In addition, you will provide remote support to 3 additional offices in the UK and Ireland, and you will regularly travel to these sites for short visits. You will be responsible for taking ownership of Desktop equipment (Computers and peripherals), Video Conferencing, Audio Visual and Telephony issues in regional sites either through active engagement with third party vendors or by travelling when required. You will be involved in new office setups, refurbishments,, and retirements, and you will manage 3rd party suppliers.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Experience working in a similar Site / Regional Support role

* Proven ability to work independently on remote sites

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Exposure to some of the following technologies: Cisco routers and switches, Avaya telephony, Equinox mobile telephony, Dell desktops/laptops, HP Printers, Office 365, Windows 8-10, Citrix XenApp, Appsense.
