Business Analyst / Agile / Scrum / Permanent / Sutton Coldfield / West Midlands

Market leading Software Company in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their experienced Development Team as a result of continued success and growth. The Business Analyst will assist the delivery team with customer facing process change when implementing financial affecting products. You will also assist the delivery team with configuration and documentation necessary to implement products.

Key Responsibilities:

*Help with the understanding of benefits clients expect to be able to realise from the Product Deployment

*Help facilitate the understanding of Product needs and documenting these as an unambiguous and complete set of requirements.

*Help with designing solutions to meet the requirements and preparing complete and detailed functional specifications to deliver these requirements

*Help ensuring all stakeholders have a common understanding of the requirements and specifications

*Identifying and assisting the resolution to changes in scope, risks and issues during deployment

*Supporting the product deployment team through Product Configuration and Customer User Acceptance Testing

*Obtaining internal and external sign off of all technical documentation

*Following company best practices and processes in an Agile environment

*Sharing knowledge throughout the deployment with the Support Team to provide support post implementation

*Working with Account Management for smooth transition to BAU upon project closure

*Travel to customer sites with overnight stays where necessary

*Any other related duties as required by the Project Deliverers

Skills and Experience required:

*Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional conduct

*Personable, confident and hardworking, with good organisational skills

*Able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and external suppliers/contacts both verbally and in writing

*Knowledge of a range of Business Analysis Tools and Techniques

*Quick learner and problem solver

*Able to provide valuable input to business and system change processes

*Help with providing analysis against a core product offering to guide customers to where enhancements are allowed in line with the core product and roadmap

*Able to assist with configuration of complex financial deployments and document

*Educated to degree level

*Experience of UML and Agile

*Able to work on own initiative and under instruction, to tight deadlines, under pressure and without compromising quality
