.NET Developer - Financial Services

A .NET Developer position has arisen to join a small but expanding development team for this high-profile and prestigious financial services client in the City of London. We are seeking a talented .NET Developer (C#, SQL Server) to carry out hands-on development on new and existing applications (in-house and 3rd party apps) and support the core business processes and in-house systems; having a major influence across the entire business!

The ideal candidate will have experience in C#, SQL Server SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio, PL/SQL, T-SQL, MVC as well as unit testing and Formal Object Orientated design methods.

Skills and experience required for the .NET Developer (C#):

* Solid systems development experience

* Good exposure to IT applications within a commercial environment

* Technical architecture knowledge and/or interest would be ideal

* Technical skills in C#, SQL Server SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio, PL/SQL, T-SQL, MVC, MVVM, Formal Object Orientated design methods and unit testing

* Collaborative approach, enjoys working in close-knit teams

* Any exposure to the following would be desirable (but not essential): HTML 5, JavaScript, SSAS, ASP.Net, financial services/banking sector

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic .NET Developer (C#) who wants to either continue in or join the financial services sector, and work on some highly regarded and complex financial applications and systems!

Location: City of London

Salary: £32 000 - £36 000 + excellent pension, 27.5 days hol (+ bank holiday), investment for training and professional development
