Financial Crime Policy Manager

A Financial Crime Policy Manager is required for a leading investment bank based in London.

You will act as the policy expert relating to all financial crime related policy with an emphasis on Sanctions.

You will manage and oversee governance to the policy, including but not limited to the review of related Financial Crime guidance and operating procedures. You will also ensure financial crime related procedures and manuals are fully aligned to the policy.

Relevant product knowledge within investment banking and corporate investment banking is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who able to ensure the bank in line with the most up to date sanctions changes, interpret and understand sanctions rules and incorporate the policy to reflect these changes to a very high standard and be able to challenge any existing or new policies.
