I am currently recruiting for a technical author to join a client of mine in Warwickshire. Reporting into the Product Manager you will be responsible for online help and other forms of documentation. You will also be the editor of documents predominately aligned to product releases. You will help create a variety of documents ranging from online help projects to user guides to functional specifications. You will also liase with various colleagues to understand the software that is to be documented. You will ideally have experience with Madcap Flare and Microsoft products such as Excel/Powerpoint.
