Soft Skills Delivery Consultant

£45K - £65K+ (Rates negotiable)

Full time, permanent 9am-5pm

London, E14

Due to general expansion of their learning solutions business, our client is seeking several soft skills training consultants with a range of experience from several years b2b delivery to those with full commercial, training, coaching and team management experience.

Based at London Limehouse marina, (Canary Wharf West - E14) and overlooking the Thames, 5 minutes from train stations (DLR and c2c), delivery will be to our client’s well-known brand clients, predominantly in London/South East with some international delivery.

You’ll be confident delivering to business people from administrators to senior management and C-level.

Job Role:

- Delivery of soft skills learning solutions

- Liaising with your fellow delivery team and key stakeholders

- Optional development of courseware

- Delivery of open/public schedule courses, closed company events/roll outs

Your Skills & Experience:

- A degree or equivalent experience

- Soft skills training and coaching experience

- Able to travel and deliver internationally

- IT literate with business apps (example MS Office 365, Skype, webinars)

- High level of organisational, communication, and influencing ability commensurate with an exceptional performer

- Desire to be a part of and contribute within a highly engaged business

- Eligible to live and work in the UK
