Job Description

As a Technology Consultant, you’ll be: Part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide finance transformation programs Involved in performing ERP assessments, help building the ERP roadmaps and solution blueprints Helping to define financial technology roadmaps and solutions.

Design new application solution in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Applications focusing on Finance processes. Identifying opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to our clients.

Developing your skills as a Technology Consulting practitioner to ensure continued market and client relevance. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems

Qualifications

- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Delivering Oracle financial solutions

- Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables, Payments, iSupplier

- Applying leading practice around process, organization and technology design across core finance areas: Record-to-Report (RtR), Procure-to-Pay (PtP), Projects, and/ or Planning

- Design thinking as an approach to solving client problems

- Experience in a large, complex change efforts in finance transformation

- Experience solutioning, configuring and testing P2P solutions and seeing them through to deployment

- Excellent client facing skills working with clients for the following types of activities: Assessment and roadmap creation, business process design, key configuration workshops

- Comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences

- Well-developed analytical skills

- Passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, IOT

- Prior Consulting Experience is desirable
