Job Role: Test Engineer
Location: Leeds
Contract Length: 1-3 Months (view to extend)
Job Description
Essential skills:
* Experience in API testing
* Comfortable testing backend (all log files- dig into the log files checking everything is working)
* Have to be comfortable working and setting up in a local dev environment
* Strong communicator, not afraid to challenge developers and give new ideas
* A strong team player with a passion for the job
* Strong automation testing experience
* Strong experience working with Javascript
Desirable Skills:
* Understanding of GIT or any other version control tool
* Understanding of messaging technologies
* Skills using a variety of datastore technologies
