Design Manager - Leading Regional Contractor - Manchester

This group are one of the North West's premier regional contractors who over their young history have soared to the top of the construction charts becoming one of Manchester's most recognisable names. The undertake projects in a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Hotels, High Rise, Retail and Student Accommodation, predominantly in the City Centre.

They are currently seeking a Design Manager to join their team to either work on a upcoming Residential Tower or Hotel scheme in Manchester centre.

Essential requirements:

- Proven track record working as a Design Coordinator / Design Manager for a well-known main contractor

- Must have design managed schemes c£30m

- Public sector client experience ideally within education or health construction

- Excellent technical knowledge, leadership and management skills are essential

- Must be commercially aware

- Educated to a high standard (Degree or equivalent)

- UK Driving licence essential
