ROLE: DATA MANAGER

RATE: EUR60-70 P/H

LOCATION: MONS (BELGIUM)

CLEARANCE: NATO SECRET / SC CLEARED

SKILLs / EXPERIENCE:

Act as NATO Enterprise Directory Services (NEDS) Service Delivery Manage r (SDM).

Supervise contractors that maintain the NEDS service.

Manage day to day operations and maintenance of the NEDS service and infrastructure.

Forecast and manage the NEDS Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget.

Evaluate the existing NEDS service to determine effectiveness and suggest improvement plans.

Evaluate and implement service solutions to meet business and system requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to the NEDS project manager.

Coordinates identity management issues with other Project managers that require NATO identity information.

Coordinate the Request for Change (RfC) processes and interacts with NCI A Change Managers and IV&V testers.

Analyse risks and proactively report problems and suggest solutions.

Responsible for the NEDS Support; coordinate the resolution of NEDS related Incidents and Service Requests.

Maintain up to date documentation.

Create, maintain, and improve departmental policies and procedures.

Attend change & project management meetings as needed.
