£36,000 - £44,000 (OTE 50k) + Bonus + Progression + Car

Are you looking for varied role where you will be the technical expert on planning and construction documentation, approvals and sign offs for a growing construction firm offering progression and autonomy?

The company are an expanding construction company in the home building industry and want to grow their personnel off the back of securing new contracts

The role involves being the specialist behind documentation, planning, approvals etc for the technical aspects of the process. You will also use Catia for adjusting design such as sewage and road layouts to conform to required approval regulations

The Role:

*Technical Agent

*The internal technical specialist for all documentation, approvals, planning and regulations

*Monday to Friday role - Office based

The Person:

*Technical background in contruction ie utilities, legislation, approvals and planning criteria and similar

*Understand CDM regulations LABC/NHBC and related codes of practice

*Technically minded

*3D CAD to an average level
