X4 Group are urgently seeking a Brexit IT Project Coordinator on a long-term 12 month + contract. Our client has initiated a large scale, high priority project to ensure it will be able to continue to operate effectively post Brexit. The position is within the Technology team with the aim of delivering the IT changes needed to support the overall Brexit Project's objectives.
The position will involve broad scope including SharePoint administration, data analysis, project planning, running / scheduling project meetings, supporting team coordination and ensuring training is completed in order to meet our client's compliance requirements. We're looking for a Project Coordinator / PMO with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate the following:
'€¢Excellent and clearly demonstrable experience setting up, administering and managing SharePoint sites'€¢Strong background using a range of PMO tools - particular strengths in MS Project and Excel being key'€¢Experience within blue-chip (ideally Financial Service) companies supporting cross-functional IT Projects'€¢IT project background working across the systems lifecycle'€¢Process-minded and able to develop / implement process improvements
