Quality Manager / Senior Quality Manager / Management / Quality / Systems Management I am currently working with an organisation who are a leading player within the defence sector and due to continued growth within their team they are now seeking a Quality Manager to join the growing team. The individual must possess a desire to work at a hands-on systems level as you will be responsible for the overall compliance for the QMS.They are looking for an individual with the following:-          Management experience within Quality or HSE in a large, Aerospace, Defence or Automotive organisation-          Able to demonstrate a record of improving QMS systems within a business-          Ability to operate at a hands-on engineering level & understand technical drawings-          Knowledge and ability to use the Q-Pulse integrated management system-          Understanding of the following systems: ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001:2015The role is as follows:-          Overall responsibility for the QMS systems within the business-          Taking a key part in the internal and external auditing-          Provide Quality training for other members of the business-          Develop and maintain Q-Pulse-          Support REACH, COSHH & WEEEThis position is able to pay a competitive salary depending on experience and offer a generous benefits package.
