A Pioneering & Innovative Reading based Software Solutions Company, are looking for an Network / Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. You will be based at the spine of business, working with a technology focused company on multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives and projects.

This role involves Managing all aspects of the companies Telematics network, including switching, routing, firewall administration, and the enforcement of security policies, standards guidelines and procedures

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage, design and develop scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures to meet business objectives and SLAs.

* Identify, diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and connectivity issues reported by team members, business unit managers and the IT operations team.

What we're looking for?

* Network Routing, Switching & Firewalls. (Cisco, Palo Alto, Sonicwall)

* Network Security (ASA firewalls, IDS/IPS).

* Hands-on experience with supporting VoIP and SIP based telephony solutions, SBC's/Adtran/Sonus.

* Basic knowledge or virtualization (Hyper-V, VM Ware)

Please note that this role is 80% Networking and 20% Infrastructure particularly looking for someone with some experience within the following Infrastructure environment;

Implementation level knowledge and exposure to highly available Hypervisor based clustered environments

Desirable Qualifications

* BS degree in Computer Science / Technology

* Professional certification(s) (CCNA/CCNP)
