My Edinburgh based client are currently looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join their newly formed helpdesk. This role is well suited to a professional with 2-3 years experience who is ready to take the next steps in their career.
What will the role involve?
The role will focus heavily on the provision of technical support, development and configuration for the company's IT systems. Assisting with 1st line and 2nd line support as required.
You will gain exposure to project based work, supporting in the implementation and support of new systems.
What experience do I require?
Technical competencies include:
* Server 2008/2012
* SQL Server knowledge
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* Network administration
Beneficial knowledge includes:
* Powershell or Visual Basic scripting knowledge
* Document Management or CRM knowledge
