Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

3 - 6 Month Contract

EUR60-65 per hour

Berlin, Germany

A growing start up business based in the vibrant city of Germany's capital are currently looking for an experienced Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design contractor. The client are working with optical modules to be used for data centre interconnect technology. You should have good knowledge and skills in full custom Analog IC Design flow in CMOS or BiCMOS, SiGe technology including some of the following tools: Cadence Spectre, Virtuoso, Assura, PVS or Mentor Calibre and Cadence Encounter. Any previous experience in high-speed measurement/characterisation and reliability engineering would be useful. Ideally our client would prefer you to be PhD qualified. English is the working language, so German speaking is not essential. The client are looking for you to start ASAP and ideally you will be able to work on-site, however some remote working would be possible.
