Junior Java Developer

I am looking for a Java Software Developer to join a team of 15 Developers near the centre of Chester and the River Dee! My client is a strong competitor in the tech industry and have created some ground breaking and very unique products for a large portfolio of very spectacular clients such as Fruugo, Laterooms.com, Travel Supermarket and Sky Bet!! They have very large and modern offices in London and Chester.

You will have the chance to work with the latest technology on the market, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best as well as bring your valuable experience to the table.

To be successful in this role you will be familiar with most of the following; Java, AWS, Spring, Junit, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JQuery, NodeJS, Linux, Tomcat and Git.

Other technology used in this business includes:

Cucumber, Quartz, Guava, Jenkins, Gradle, Liquibase, RedShift and Spark!

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or any other related and will have minimum one year of commercial Java Development experience.

The environment in this team is fluid, you will not be tied to structure and processes. You will introduce new capabilities to their Marketing Cloud Platform and you will be working on well-known software systems; designing, developing and implementing in an Agile working environment.
