Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager from an M&E background looking to join a thriving business where you will be responsible for high value projects and play an instrumental part in the successful completion of a residential apartment block build.

Do you have experience of running residential projects from £5m upwards? Do you have prior experience on the full project, majority on shell & core works.

This rapidly growing company are a highly regarded M&E consultancy. They work on high value residential projects in London and Kent and have just secured a very high valued contract in the City. Due to this, they are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager from an M&E background to help deliver the project on time and to budget.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of all HVAC equipment on a high end residential apartment block development where you will have a full overview on the whole project on core & shell works.

The ideal candidate will need to have a proven background of delivering high valued projects and have extensive mechanical experience. This is an amazing opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager from a Building Services background who is wanting an immediately available, long term, days based contract with one of the South East's leading M&E consultancies.

*Mechanical Project Engineer from a M&E background

*Prior experience on residential projects worth upwards of £5million
