3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Birmingham - Up to £36,000 per annum + Benefits

SCCM, WSUS, O365, Exchange, Active Directory, ADFS, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows

An experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer with excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2012, SCCM, WSUS, Exchange, and Hyper-V or VMware is required to work in an enterprise size fast-paced support environment where you will be part of a team looking after 700+ server environment.

The 3rd Line engineer will have a solid background within IT providing first class services to clients. Experience in implementing technical solutions, supporting of server and associated infrastructure.

3rd Line IT Support Engineer technical skills requirement

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server

* Good knowledge of virtualisation including VMware and Hyper-V

* Good knowledge of SCCM and WSUS

* Good knowledge/experience of troubleshooting networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and vLANs

* Good knowledge of backup technologies

* Knowledge of Office 365 particularly in a hybrid environment

* Knowledge of Windows Script Host/VBScript/PowerShell
