A Techbar Service Desk Analyst is required to act as a single point of contact for staff regarding IT issues and queries that are presented at the Techbar (walk up service. This is an initial 6 week contract that will extend to the end of September

Essential Skills and Experience

- Previous IT Service Desk Analyst experience

- Incident Management experience - Managing incidents including business expectations and communication

- Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based and Mac OS X operating systems

- Experience with using and troubleshooting Google platform (gMail, Calendar, Drive, etc), Casper, SCCM, ITSM Tool (LanDesk)

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner as you will be dealing solely with customers on a face to face basis.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
