The role will involve working directly alongside senior management to help manage a small team of skilled C&I engineers, and also identifying/implementing continuous improvements throughout the controls process.

*Controls & Instrumentation background

*HNC / HND / Degree or similar in electrical or mechanical engineering

*Wants to move into management
