Are you a NPI Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking to step into a senior role within an industry leading company who offer specialist industry training and the opportunity to progression into management?

This role would suit a NPI Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking for ongoing specialist training and progression to Senior Engineer roles within a growing company.

The Role:

*Planning & coordinating the development of customers' new products, improve efficiency & minimise waste in all departments at NPI stage

*To be the main point of contact for customers in regards NPI

*Reporting on progress to all relevant parties, ensuring that the Bill of Materials and process controls are in place though all aspects of manufacture

The Person:

*A NPI Engineer from a Manufacturing background

*Looking to step-up into a senior role and progress to management

*Looking for industry training from a fast growing and ambitious company
