For Junior Developers the language used is less important and more the evidence of a true passion for computing / programming / coding in their interests, hobbies or whilst they were studying.The ideal candidates will have a great academic pedigree or show evidence of outstanding achievements in their career and a natural interest in their field, problem solving or have been coding from a young age. They will also be willing to learn new languages in a fast moving industry to stay ahead of competitors. Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

'€¢A Computer Science degree from a reputable university'€¢Experience of at least one object-oriented language (C++ and some Java)'€¢Experience of at least one dynamically-typed language (Python or Ruby are good)'€¢Confident command of SQL and relational database concepts'€¢Version control with Git'€¢Problem solving nature '€¢Ability to work in a close knit environment and as part of an award winning team '€¢Interest in software development and programming outside of their day to day work/ personal projects/ olympiad/ awards/ hobbyist
