Online Product Support Executive- Legal

Thomson Reuters are currently recruiting for an Online Product Support Executive to join their Legal sector. You will be supporting some of the market leading products in the Legal department such as Practical Law, Westlaw and many others. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a globally renowned company with plenty of progression opportunities.

Information about the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in the Legal sector to join a well established, lively team. You will be providing low level technical support on some of the most high profile legal product out there, used by a host of leading law firms. It offers progression opportunities to a wide range of position such as Account Management, Editorial work and Training. You will be handling global queries both over the phone and via email.

Information about the candidate

The ideal candidate will have graduated from a Law degree, or similar. You should also have a good understanding of basic technology principles. You should also have some experience of working within a customer service environment for example, helpdesk, retail or general office position. You should have a strong interest in working in the Legal sector.
