2 x Service Desk Analyst with good customer service experience needed for a 3 month contract role in Ripon.
£60 - £80 Per Day

The client is an extremely well known entity based in Ripon and due to higher than normal IT requirements they require 2 x service desk analysts to join asap. You will need to have strong customer service experience as well as a serious interest in IT. The role will require you to log calls and emails on the software provided to the relevant technical team who will resolve the tickets. This role doesn't require previous technical experience but will require proven customer driven background. Also you will need to undergo SC Clearance so if you have this already it would be highly desirable.
