Epicor Support, Durham - Promotion by end of 2018.

I am working with a high profile bespoke manufacturing who currently offer professional, quality products to a number of clients across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a capable Support Consultant to bolster the team and work with business critical projects consisting of maintenance, migration and technical support. For this reason we need someone with a solid understanding of SQL. Opportunities for progression will present themselves to individuals that are passionate about providing top class support.

This position will have you working with the existing IT team, providing ERP and infrastructure support. The IT manager will then personally mentor you on the more complex aspects of Epicor, maturing you into a Team Leader, where you will be a position to have direct reports at the beginning of next year.

"What do I need?"

* ERP Support Experience

* Reporting skills such as SQL and SSRS

* Infrastructure support such as Servers, Networks and Office 365.

* Ability to repair everyday IT hardware

Salary up to £32000.
