Software Licensing Administrator - JIRA / Excel Administrator required to join well established software house to provide customer support for licensing administration and support. Working closely with the sales, software development, customer support and finance teams. The Software Licensing Administrator will manage the entire software licensing sales and renewals process and ensure documentation is collated and stored in the licensing database.

This Software Licensing Administrator role requires strong customer support skills and experience. The role requires a good general IT knowledge including the use of Windows and Linux operating systems. You should be proficient using MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and ideally have some knowledge of JIRA licensing database, or Flexnet licensing services. Candidates should be degree educated, ideally in Computer Science, Business Administration or a numerate discipline. You should have excellent communication skills - written and verbal. The position will liaise with customers and several internal colleague groups and include preparing reports, updating the CRM database and maintaining license guides and manuals.
