Founded in 1984, our client is a software decision support company that provides software for the long term monitoring of chronic disease. Their mission is to help make a significant and lasting contribution to chronic disease care on a global basis. Now, they are looking for a Software Applications Consultant to join them in Milnthorpe.
Within a collaborative environment, you’ll have the chance to get stuck in to a variety of tasks, increase your expertise and realise your potential as part of a highly-skilled team.
As a Software Applications Consultant, you undertake a range of activities to help deliver a world-class service to customers.
Specifically, you will:
- Initially join the Customer Service Desk Team
- Undertake training to increase your customer service and problem-solving skills
- Learn about our client’s product range
- Assist with customers’ IT queries
- Help with product implementations and developments
- Configure products and produce reports and questionnaires for customers
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- A degree level qualification and/or excellent IT skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Enthusiastic and eager to learn, as a Software Applications Consultant, you will be a clear communicator with great time-management and prioritisation skills.
