Estimator / Senior Estimator / Main Contractor*New Permanent Estimator position*Central London An established main contractor is currently on the lookout for an Estimator to join their business due to an increased workload in projects for 2018.This organisation specialises in the residential, commercial, retail, leisure and education sector with their most recent project completed an office new-build worth £50 millionThe organisation are looking for an individual who is ambitious and is willing to grow within a company.Key skills-       Reviewing tender documents.-       5 years' experience working for a main contractor is preferred.-       Experience pricing projects up to £10 million.-       Relevant experience working within the construction industry in an Estimator role.-       Familiarity with relevant systems including Microsoft Office and Costex (or similar). £60,000 - £80,000 plus benefits (depending on experience) The role would be commutable from Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Kent, Sussex, Essex, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire.If this role sounds of interest, please apply online to Owen Dearn at X4 Group on [email protected] or call 0207 812 7700 for more information.They are looking to arrange interviews for w/c 29^nd January 2018 with a view to start the successful candidate immediately. Estimator / Senior Estimator / Main Contractor
