Are you a mechanical design engineer looking for a technically challenging and interesting position?

This company specialise in the design and manufacture of production machinery into their sister company. They are world leaders in the design and manufacture of production and automation machinery. Due to the continued sucsess of the business they now require a number of design engineers to join the business.

In this role you will be responsible for the design of a number of production machinery projects ranging from special purpose machinery, automation and robotics and jigs and fixtures.

The ideal candidate will be a mechanical design engineer with knowledge of special purpose machinery design or sub assemblies. You will have knowledge of 3D design or Catia V5.

The role:

*Mechanical Design of SPM, Robotics and jigs and fixtures

*Working on a number of projects

*Primarily using Catia V5 but also other 3D packages

The Person:

*Mechanical Design Engineer

*3D packages - ideally Catia V5

*Worked with SPM, Robotics or Automation

*Ideally have knowledge of subassemblies
