Responsibilities will include:-

* Co-ordinate and configure server hardware and MDM software and add-in tasks such as Applications, mobile OS and Content Management.

* Establish, execute and monitor leveraged customer environments to an agreed level of service.

* Work with other teams to optimize and resolve software issues with the MDM service.

* Recommend and implement changes to the server hardware and software schemes as required.

* Provide an escalation point for field service engineers and Service Desk agents where complex issues surround MDM client installations.

* Report and liaise with software vendors for failures, following ITIL process.

* Respond to service desk incident management systems tickets via ITIL process.
