My Client based in Sunbury requires a Fluent German Project coordinator.

The manager confirmed that they expect the contractor to travel 2 - 3 times a month in the first year. All expenses covered.

The Project Coordinator will have to liaise with Telecoms providers, Fuel station Site managers, and fuel station owners working with the Project Manager in the coordination of line migration/infrastructure installation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report and track overall number of site installs/planned installs or rework

Work with PM to coordinate any rework or failed installations

Computer skills can use existing systems used by project/job with minimal oversight

Project Development/Execution delivery

Ensure correct Project implementation

Liaison with BP and contractors

Accountability for process delivery

No direct reports or oversight of personnel

Individual contributor Provide information on the budgeting and forecasting activities using supporting schedule information;

- Ensuring financial processes are followed including the overseeing of the Invoicing and Accrual processes;

- Ensuring accruals and actuals are correctly submitted to appropriate party on a monthly basis as directed; Work with the Project Managers and the Management Team to reforecast expenditure on a monthly basis;

- Presenting and summarizing management information relating to the business/project including status reporting on performance contracts, financial and performance measures, project and application health;

- Prepare and distribute Project Status Reports;

- Prepare and distribute status reports;

- Where needed, work on driven Audits in order to provide information specific to the Project;

- Provide weekly status reporting;

- Understand the Schedule Management Procedures and steps taken to maintain an updated schedule;

- Maintain and monitor the Project Schedules and Plans;

- Maintain and monitor the SharePoint tool for document usage project team uptake;

- Ensure compliance with the commercial/procurement processes;

- Ensure compliance with the Program with the processes and approvals stages. Must possess computer skills applicable to role without standard training provided by my client. Must to meet deadlines and targets. Independent contractor that addresses all tasks. Must be able to work on the projects as needed, including, but not limited to, implementation. Individual contributor does not oversee/manage others.
