SQL Specialist, ETL, Talend, Oracle, PL/SQL, Data Analyst

A Data Analyst is required to work in a well-established technology company based in their modern offices on the outskirts of Oxford. The Data Analyst will work on Global Projects in an Agile environment whilst working alongside Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Developers and Project Managers.

The Data Analyst will be working with a well-knit team of like-minded passionate individuals working on innovative projects using a modern technology stack that includes; Oracle Fuse, Talend, and Jira. The Data Analyst will be doing hands on Analysis to get a good understanding of the quality issues in the clients’ data as well as solving data inconsistencies to drive the quality of the data and improve on current processes.

Key Skills and Experience of the Data Analyst

- Data analysis and data mapping skills

- SQL Skills

- Data profiling and supporting tools

- Data modelling

- Agile environment experience

The Data Analyst may also have experience with:

- Business Analysis

- SQL Developer or equivalent

- ETL tooling (Talend / Fuse)

- Jira and Confluence

- Master Data Management

- Oracle SQL query performance / tuning

This role would be ideal for a Data Analyst seeking a brand new challenging position with a well-established global company, a Data Analyst with good experience in Data Mapping and strong SQL skills, a Data Analyst with experience working in an Agile environment that has good Data modelling experience and a SQL Developer who is seeking a great career move to be a part of innovative and worldwide projects.

This role is based in the North of Oxford and is commutable from Reading, Swindon, Abingdon, Aylesbury, Banbury, Bicester, Milton Keynes, and Witney.
