As a UX Manager you'll lead a weekly team-wide design review session you will be expected to encourage participation and feedback on each designer's work and progress. Ensuring that we stay on schedule with our work and progressing through our design on a consistent basis all the way through the process.

Putting together personalised development goals and strategies with your management and your team.

As a UX Manager for Alfresco, you'll be overseeing the development and application over multiple design platforms such as Web, Desktop and Mobile and take the lead on establishing experience across the products and making sure the designers work aligns with the companies experience design standards.

We'll expect you to create ideas to develop them on storyboards, mock ups, user flow or other methods. The UX Manager will partner with project managers and user research to design and develop, you'll take part in user research throughout the design process.

* Leader, you'll need to be great with people and want to always bring out the best in your team

* 5+ years of design experience (UX/UI)

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent degree which is in design, HCI or related field.

* Experience in using design tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, etc.

* Great communication, interpersonal skills and presentation

* Influential, you'll have a proven background in this whether it be other designers or other staff members

* If you also have enterprise application design experience this is a bonus

Our very experienced design team are looking for a highly motivated experience design manager to lead our team, which consist of senior and lead designers who are constantly innovating on our DBP (Digital Business Platform).

Prepare and implement a shared understanding of the CCI (customer-centric intersection) between technology, business and experience. As our UX Manager you'll be expected to contribute to the architecture of near and long term experience design visions for features and product lines across platforms. We'll want you to develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and UX specs that communicate to the high-level design strategies.

You'll be responsible for staying on the cutting edge of what's new in technology and user experience, experimenting with applying new technologies and interaction patterns to customer problems.
