Delivery Recruiter- About the role

The key focus of the Delivery Recruiter role will be to fill vacancies in line with agreed timescales, quality and performance ratios whilst building relationships with onsite recruitment partners to ensure that the client experience exceeds expectations. As a Delivery Recruiter, you will be hard working and motivated and will receive in-house team training plus support from a dedicated and experienced recruitment team.

Delivery Recruiter Responsibilities

General

* Be a flexible team player, assisting colleagues and providing cover as required

* Adhere to all recruitment-related legislation, advising client contacts and candidates of their own obligations where necessary

* Take an active part in own personal development, attending workshops and courses as necessary and advising line manager of any skills gaps and development needs

* To keep all records on the recruitment software up to date on a real-time basis

* Work towards achieving 100% of monthly and quarterly KPI's throughout the year

Client Knowledge/Care

* Build and maintain information on the client's in order to better understand their business and requirements

* Keep all client contacts up to date with market intelligence, advising them on salaries and skills shortages where necessary

Resourcing

* Adhere to recruitment processes from request to offer

* Ensure all roles are advertised appropriately

* Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies, improving the CVs to interview to hire ratios quarter on quarter

* Improve the 'time to hire' performance quarter on quarter

* Organise interviews, ensuring that all candidates are fully briefed about the role and location prior to meeting with the client

* Ensure detailed, accurate and meaningful job descriptions are received for all requests, where necessary, working with the client contacts to devise or enhance them in order to efficiently screen and hire candidates

Candidate Care

* Ensuring the candidate journey is always a positive experience

* Act as the first point of contact for the candidate throughout the recruitment process

* Adhere to candidate care strategy including, but not limited to frequency of contact, information provided, quality of feedback

* Responsible for the submission of candidate short-lists to hiring community

* Responsible for carrying out pre-screening and qualification of all candidates

* Responsible for agreeing, in conjunction with the hiring community, all terms and conditions of employment for new hires

Skills

Essential:

* Experience of working within the recruitment industry, ideally IT

Desirable:

* Experience of the Managed Service area or RPO
