Rectifications Team Manager

My client, a financial services company in Cardiff, is currently looking for a Team Manager to run a rectifications team of roughly 30 FTE which look after a number of tasks involved with client rectification, account reviews, refund processing and client communication.

Experience needed:

- Experience of managing a large team(s), ideally within rectifications, PPI, complaints, customer services or financial services.

- Ability to understand and organise task management, time planning and capacity planning in order to pull a mix of team members together within client remediation.

- Experience of developing staff members, hiring, performance management and general team management.
