Content and User Experience Manager
Content and User Experience Manger required to join this global organisation where you will play a senior role in the UK Digital Team and manage a mix of stakeholders across the group in multiple locations.
You will lead, and be accountable for the Content Strategy and User Experience Strategy across Digital platforms and to align with the Global brand design guidelines.

As a Content and User Experience Manager you will…
*Be responsible for all content changes within Digital space that impact on the customer experience.
*Have ultimate responsibility for the development and implementation of content strategy.
*Be responsible for the design, look and feel and usability of all digital real estate.
*Provide information architecture for all digital customer experiences including designs, wireframes, prototypes, user journey mapping and input into functional and feature specifications
*Own and manage all site usability requirements to external accreditation standards.
*Develop Digital writing Style Guide.
*Have ultimate responsibility for look and feel / content of all digital platforms
To be a successful Content and User Experience Manager you will…
*Have a proven track record leading online customer experience teams in a commercial environment
*Be an expert in information architecture for internet sites
*Expert level online creative and design skills
*Desirable understanding of mobile and other internet based applications
*Strong understanding of opportunities in the Digital world, including keeping up-to-date with emerging/future customer and technological trends.
